Prof. Wenzhi He

Biography:

Wenzhi He, Ph.D., is a professor and Ph.D. supervisor at the School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tongji University. His research involves solid waste treatment and resource utilization, organic waste treatment and hydrothermal resource utilization, supercritical fluid technology, extraction and separation of natural products, and synthesis of polymer compounds. He has presided over or undertaken 15 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Support Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Expo Science and Technology Special Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Science and Technology Tackling Project of Shanghai Municipality, etc. He has published more than 140 papers in domestic and international academic journals, and has applied for 15 invention patents. His research achievements have won two second and one third prizes of Shanghai Scientific and Technological Progress, and one second prize of Shanghai Industry-University-Research Cooperation Excellent Project; in 2011, he was awarded the title of "Advanced Individual in Expo Science and Technology" by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China; he is also a member of the Expert Committee of the China Renewable Resource Industry Technological Innovation Strategy Alliance. He is also a member of "China Renewable Resources Industry Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance" and "China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association Renewable Metals Branch Academic Committee".

Prof. Jianwei Fan

Biography:

Prof. Jianwei Fan is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tongji University. He has long been engaged in teaching, scientific research and transformation of results in the field of environmental science and engineering, and is committed to the research and application of water and air pollution control and resource utilization, environmental planning and environmental impact assessment. He has presided over more than ten national and provincial scientific research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, etc., and the relevant research results are widely used in the application of purification, treatment and resource utilization of wastewater and exhaust gas. He is the editor of "Water Supply Engineering" and co-editor of "Water Supply Engineering" and "Combined Process of Wastewater Treatment". He has published more than 60 articles, including more than 30 SCI papers in international journals, such as J. Mater. Chem. A, Energy Environ. He has published more than 30 SCI papers in international journals such as J. Mater. He has applied for more than 50 invention patents and 3 PCT patents, and 25 of them have been authorized. His achievements have been awarded the Golden Bridge Award of the National Marketing Association, the Third Prize of Shanghai Scientific and Technological Progress, and the Outstanding Exhibit Award of the University Pavilion of the Industrial Fair.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Naeem Khan

Biography:

Dr. Naeem Khan, Associate Professor, holds a PhD in Weed Ecology and Management from the University of Queensland, Australia (2011), and an M.Sc (Hons) in Agriculture specializing in Weed Science from the University of Agriculture, Peshawar. With over 12 years of teaching and research experience at the University of Agriculture, Peshawar, and four years in Australia’s Tropical & Sub-tropical Weed Research Unit, his expertise encompasses sustainable weed management, biodiversity conservation, invasive weed ecology, and climate change impacts on agriculture. Dr. Khan has contributed to significant projects, including the sustainable management of Parthenium weed in Queensland, Australia, and has submitted research on weed control in maize crops in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He is an HEC-approved supervisor.

Prof. Dr. KORKMAZ BELLİTÜRK

Biography:

Korkmaz Bellitürk is Full Professor of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition Department of Agriculture Faculty at the Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University, in Tekirdağ, Türkiye. He served as project head and researcher in 29 international projects. He has 155 articles, 1 patent, 15 book editors, 21 book chapters and 3 books.

Prof. Lina M. Alnaddaf 

Latakia University, Syria

Biography:

Associate Professor of biotechnology and molecular biology at the Department of Field Crops, College of Agriculture, Albaath University, Syria. Obtained B.S. in Agricultural Engineering in 2001 from Albaath University, M.S. in field crops in 2010, and Ph.D. in field crops in 2013 from Tishreen University. My research expertise dedicated to biotechnology, molecular biology, and nanotechnology. Published 32 research articles in international journals in addition to 7 book chapters, 2 edited books.
